HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CERTIFICATION

This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

BLS HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CPR/AED CERTIFICATION

  • 1-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child and infant
  • 2-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child and infant 
  • Bag-mask techniques for adult, child and infant
  • CPR with an advanced airway*
  • Critical concepts of high-quality CPR
  • Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques
  • Key changes in basic life support, reflecting the new science from the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care
  • Relief of choking for adult, child and infant

* This is an introduction to the compression/ventilation rate and ratio for a patient who has an advanced airway in place.

HEARTSAVER CERTIFICATIONS

Our Heartsaver Courses are for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements.  These courses are also designed to meet OSHA requirements.

Blended Courses Available

Blended classes are offered to those who might not have the time to take a conventional class. Once you begin the course, you’ll have access to the online lessons, videos, manuals and resources for 2 years! And you can start and stop the course at your convenience until you have finished it at your own pace. After you complete the online portion, you will schedule a skills practice and skills test session (typically 45-60 minutes to complete both) to obtain your card. The card you will receive from these courses is the same as if you attended a conventional classroom course. All of this included in the prices below.

BLS Healthcare Provider: Course $65.00, including online portion. Skills only, $45

Heartsavers CPR/AED $65.00, including online portion. Skills only, $45

Heartsavers First Aid $60.00, including online portion. Skills only, $40

Hearsavers First Aid CPR/AED $110.00, including online portion. Skills only, $90

Heartsavers Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED $115.00, including online portion. Skills only, $95

NON-CERTIFICATION CLASSES
Community CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life. 


These classes aren't offered on a regular basis, but we will create one for your group.

NON-CERTIFICATION CPR/AED COMMUNITY CLASS

  • Adult AED use
  • Child CPR
  • Infant CPR
  • Adult, child infant relief of choking
  • Adult Hands-Only CPR
  • Class length varies (depending on what modules you wish to take, all modules are approx. 2hrs. total)

  • Cost: Varies on modules taught
