Didn't receive your card? Lost your card? Not a problem.
If you were certified by a Downers Grove CPR Ltd. instructor*, you have two options: you can click the button above, enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and your card will be accessible immediately. Please note that the information entered must be the same as the information provided to your instructor during training. OR, fill out the contact sheet below, and we can resend you an email at no charge with your online certification card (eCard). If you would like for us to resend the card, please allow 24 hours for processing.
*Note: We cannot provide certification details or replacement eCards if your instructor is not affiliated with Downers Grove CPR Ltd.
