Saving Lives, Together — AED Campaign

At Downers Grove CPR Ltd., we believe every organization should have access to lifesaving equipment, regardless of budget. That's why we created the Saving Lives, Together — AED Campaign—an ongoing initiative dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations throughout the Chicagoland area become better prepared for sudden cardiac arrest emergencies.

For every 10 AEDs purchased through Downers Grove CPR Ltd., we donate one AED to an eligible nonprofit organization. Some donated AEDs may be brand new, while others may be lightly used units that have been professionally inspected, tested, and verified to be Rescue Ready. Every AED we donate is one we would trust to protect our own families.

If your nonprofit serves the community and would benefit from having an AED on-site, we encourage you to complete the application below. To be eligible, organizations must provide documentation verifying their nonprofit status, such as a 501(c)(3) determination letter or other nonprofit verification.

Organizations selected to receive an AED will receive:

❤️ An AED, professionally inspected and verified to be Rescue Ready

📋 Enrollment in our AED Management Program to help keep your device compliant and emergency-ready

🎓 A basic AED familiarization session for your staff or volunteers

💙 Ongoing access to discounted replacement batteries, electrode pads, and CPR/AED training through Downers Grove CPR Ltd.

There is no cost to apply. Applications are kept on file as AEDs become available through the campaign, and recipients are selected based on need, availability, and the opportunity to make the greatest impact within our community.
